Founded in 1994, it is located at No. 700, Qinfeng Road, Huashi Town, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, only 2km away from Huaxi Village, the First Village of China. It is the governing unit of China fluoroplastics Association. The company covers an area of 10000㎡, with a building area of about 15000㎡. At present, it has 22 PTFE extrusion lines, 8 sets of braiding machines, 9 sets of machining equipment, 3 sets of PTFE corrugated hose equipment, 6 sets of assembly testing machines and PTFE braided hose fusing cutting equipment, etc. Huanyu has invested nearly 2 million CNY to establish a laboratory applied in the automotive hose industry. At present, it has high and low temperature oil impulse testing and high-temperature oil burst testing equipment, defect online visual inspection system, high and low temperature alternating experimental equipment, electronic tensile machine, bending test equipment and projector, etc.It help us to effectively provide high quality products. To response our national environmental protection policies and requirements, in 2016, we invested more than 1 million CNY of environmental protection equipment to transform the VOCs waste gas treatment system and achieved obvious results which provide effective guarantee for our sustainable development and stable supply.

          Combined with IATF 16949:2016 quality system and its own strict quality control procedures, Huanyu has unique successful experience in the production of high-quality PTFE tubes, especially capillary tubes and continuous length of more than 6000 meters which get customer’s recognition. At present, the company has a monthly production capacity of 3 million meters of PTFE tube, 60,000 meters of PTFE braided hose and 15000 pieces of PTFE hose assembly. Our PTFE tubes are certified by RoHS ,REACH SVHC and other requested tests of customers every year.
