          PTFE Braided Hose is extruded PTFE tube braided with one or two layers of stainless steel. It can bear high pressure after braiding wire. The stainless steel wire cover is the main pressure-bearing part of the PTFE braided hose and it can protect the inner PTFE tube. You can choose one or two layers of stainless steel braid cover according to different pressure and application requirements.
          Our company has been engaged in the production of PTFE tubes since 1994, with rich production experience, mature quality management system and professional testing equipment. We have passed IATF16949:2016, and we do the RoHS and REACH SVHC test every year.
Characteristics of PTFE:

          PTFE has excellent chemical stability, can resist all strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidants, and does not interact with various organic solvents. PTFE can be used for a long time at - 180 ℃ ~ 250 ℃ under normal pressure. After being treated at 250 ℃ for 1000h, its mechanical properties change little. PTFE has very low friction coefficient, which is a good friction reducing and self-lubricating material. Its static friction coefficient is less than the dynamic friction coefficient, so it has the advantages of small starting resistance and smooth operation when used to make bearings. Because of its non polarity, heat resistance and non water absorption, PTFE is an excellent electrical insulating material. It also has excellent aging resistance, non stickiness and non flammability.
